Fatal error, not able to customize theme

When I click the customize button of the i-max theme, I get the following message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function add_partial() on a non-object in /home/guidanceedu/public_html/wp-content/themes/i-max/functions.php on line 634

Please help me as I am unable to customize my website

could not replicate the issue, try deactivating all the plugins. if that works, start activating one by one untill you find the conflicting plugin

Also make sure you have not edited the header.php file in theme directory

Thanks! for the reply. The issue resolved after I updated wordpress to the latest version.
