    Hello.

    I buy premium theme i-spirit. All works well but I not abble to change background color and picture.

    I did exactly like in the docs, and it tools change nothing.

    Can anybody from support to answer to me?

    The background is saved in a css file stored in wp-content upload folder. Most likely the upload folder does not have write permission. Please confirm the upload folder permission.
