    When I upload through wordpress I get the error “Are you sure you want to do this?” When I upload via FTP, then go to themes in wordpress and click “Live Preview, nothing shows up. If I set it as my default theme, then my webpage comes up as not working. I upload the parent and child theme. I do not know whats wrong, please help.

    You are most likely trying to install the entire package, it contains, demo contents, Documentations, demo settinfs, etc

    you will have to unzip the package and install the theme with name “ispirit.zip” around 18MB (including 3 premium plugins prepackaged within the theme),
