read more button inside the full post page

hi
for some reason when i click read more from the HP i go to the full post page and then it also only show the beginning of the post and has a read more btn - i cant access the full post

how can i fix it?

Hi, Or Dreamer.
Please try the menu “Customizing Layout Options” and switch the “Show full content (Show full content on blog pages)” button to “ON” position.

thanks but i dont want to have the full post on the HP
i want to have the short snippet with the read more btn on the HP and when i go into the post page to see the full post - it shows me in the post page only 2 lines and again read more btn

any idea why? and how to fix?

You should check the HTML version (switch from Visual view to Text/HTML view in the editor) of your post and if you’ll find the code <!-more-> just delete it.
