Template is not working for mob telephone and desctop

Hello
If I open my site (www.toonkamerwebshop.nl) on a mob phone or small desctop I get:
We are currently in maintainance mode ,please check back shortly

It occured afted I uploaded some plugins to make the theme better responsive on a mob telephone.
Before that it was well visable on a desktop but poor on a mob phone
(i deactivated and removed all thes plugins)
How can I get my site back on thes devices and
Do you have any sugestions to make the theme suiteble for mob telephone

it is not only on mobile or small desktop, your site will be “under maintenance” across all devices unless your are logged in because you have the “maintenance mode” enabled.

disable the maintenance mode from “i-spirit options” > “General Settings” > “Enable Maintenance Mode”
